2. CTA Program Introduction and Syllabus
This on-line video-based curriculum has been developed specifically to enable you to make a quick start as a new KEPNERandFOURIE trainer and facilitator. In this course, you’ll have access to the proposed KEPNERandFOURIE course syllabus, and you’ll begin the TRAIN-THE-TRAINER program with an introductory lesson.
The aim of this on-line approach is to reduce the number of face-to-face training days to ultimately qualify for the KandF Master Training Certificate. Once you’ve acquired this certificate you would be able to conduct various KEPNERandFOURIE bespoke workshops. The quality of your learning will the direct result of the amount of effort you’ve put into this on-line training. This section has the following materials which is going to be important for your learning experience:
1. Trainer/Instructor Guide – This guide is provided in such a way to allow you to make your own notes and also to develop your own style into your training approach.
2. Trainer Notes – Supporting notes itemized in the Instructor Guide for your use.
3. Trainer Slides – These are decks of PowerPoint slides that you can customize at will for your training approach.
If you do not have a Student Manual or Process Question Cards then you need to contact your CTA manager to ensure you have all the required materials.
